TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CLIN BEAUTY

The website clinbeauty.shop is operated by Clin Beauty ("we", "the shop", "the seller"). Accessing the site and placing an order implies full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions below.
Please read all information carefully before using our services.
1. Definitions
- Client / Buyer: the natural or legal person placing an order.
- Seller: Clin Beauty, the site operator.
- Products: cosmetic items and devices sold on the site.
- Order: electronic document through which the client expresses their intention to purchase products.
- Contract: the distance agreement concluded between the client and the seller.
2. General Conditions
By accessing the site, you agree to:
- Provide real and complete data.
- Use the site legally.
- Not attempt to compromise the security or functionality of the platform.
- Respect the return, delivery, and privacy policies.
Clin Beauty reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The updated version is published on the site.
3. Products and prices
All displayed prices include all applicable taxes (we do not charge VAT, as we are not VAT payers).
Prices may be changed without notice, but orders already placed will be processed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Product images are for presentation purposes only, and shades may vary slightly depending on the screen.
4. Placing orders
The client can place orders:
- directly on the website
- by creating an account or as a guest
- by filling in the necessary delivery details
After placing the order, the client will automatically receive a confirmation email.
The order is considered valid only after its verification and acceptance by Clin Beauty.
5. Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank card (Stripe / Shopify Payments)
- PayPal (for international)
- Cash on delivery
Payment is processed under maximum security conditions. Clin Beauty does not have access to card data.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made through FAN Courier/Fedex/DPD, according to the Delivery Policy available on the site.
Romania:
- 25 RON
- Free for orders over 150 RON
- 1–2 working days
European Union:
- 100 RON
- Free for orders over 700 RON
- 5 working days

7. Right of withdrawal (return)
The client has the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with OUG 34/2014 legislation.
Products must be:
- sealed
- unused
- in original packaging
- without signs of damage or opening
Unsealed cosmetics cannot be returned for health protection reasons.

8. Warranty
All products are original and new.
The massage device benefits from a warranty for manufacturing defects, in accordance with current legislation.
For cosmetics, the warranty is valid within the expiration date.
9. Limitation of liability
Clin Beauty is not responsible for:
- delays caused by couriers
- incomplete addresses provided by the client
- damage caused by improper handling after delivery
- using products in a manner other than recommended
- unforeseen individual reactions (allergies, sensitivities)
The client is responsible for checking the ingredient list before use.
10. Fraud and abuse
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that show suspicion of fraud, incomplete data, or abusive behavior.
11. Intellectual property
The content of the site (texts, images, logo, design, descriptions, photos) is the property of Clin Beauty.
Use without written consent is prohibited.
12. Force majeure
Neither party can be held liable in case of unforeseeable events: natural disasters, pandemics, wars, cyber attacks, major service interruptions.
13. Applicable law
The Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law.
Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and failing that, in the competent courts in Romania.
